Cancellation/Refund Policy - Home Emergency


All cancellations of services must be done in writing within 14 days of the service starting to the address stated on your policy documents. If you have paid your premium in full and have not made a claim under your policy, then you will receive a pro-rata refund of the premium you have paid, for each complete month remaining for that period of cover plus an administration charge of £25. If you pay your premium by monthly instalments, you will not receive any refund as you will only have paid for the cover you have received.



Cancellation/Refund Policy – Life,Private Medical, Over 50's


All cancellations must be done directly with the insurance provider as outlined in the policy documentation. If you have paid your premium in full then you will receive a pro-rata refund of the premiums you have paid, for each complete month remaining for that period of cover. If you pay your premium by monthly instalments, you will not receive any refund and your cover will stop.

We know that sometimes things go wrong; if this happens then we would like to hear from you so that we can try and resolve the problem. If you want to complain about your claim, then please contact the claims handler. If you want to complain about anything else regarding your policy, not related to a claim, please contact us directly.
